1. Agreement

By accessing msgfeed.pro you agree to these General Terms. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately. These terms apply to visitors, evaluation accounts, and contracted clients unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

2. Services described

Msgfeed provides engagement intelligence tooling, advisory modules, and reporting artefacts related to message cadence and audience reactions. Deliverables are described per order form or statement of work. We may update interfaces to improve clarity, accessibility, or performance.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for credentials, accurate registration data, and activity under your account. You may not probe, disrupt, or copy the service beyond permitted exports. Automated scraping without written approval is prohibited.

4. Intellectual property

Msgfeed retains rights to templates, methodologies, and software. Client data you supply remains yours. Licence to use our materials is limited to the scope of your subscription or project and ends when access ends, except for copies you are explicitly allowed to retain.

5. Warranties and limitation

Services are provided on an "as is" basis to the maximum extent permitted under Singapore law. We do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Liability for direct loss is capped at fees paid in the twelve months before the claim, except where statute forbids such caps.

6. Indemnity

You will indemnify Msgfeed against third-party claims arising from your misuse, unlawful data uploads, or breach of these terms, including reasonable legal fees.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction unless both parties agree in writing to mediation at the Singapore International Mediation Centre before litigation.

8. Changes and contact
