The controller is Msgfeed Pte. Ltd., 9A Mosque Street, Singapore 059489. Msgfeed processes personal data to operate its website, respond to enquiries, and deliver contracted analytics work.

2. Categories of data

We may process identity and contact fields, employment details, technical logs (IP, device, browser), usage events inside demo environments, and content you submit through forms or uploads.

3. Purposes and bases

Processing supports contract preparation, service delivery, legitimate interest in securing our systems, and—where opted in—product analytics. Marketing emails require separate consent.

4. Retention

Enquiry records are kept up to twenty-four months unless a sale proceeds. Contract artefacts follow the retention schedule in your agreement, typically seven years for operational records unless law requires longer.

5. Recipients

Infrastructure vendors in Singapore and selected regional regions may host encrypted backups. Subprocessors are listed in client documentation and updated when vendors change.

6. International transfers

Where data leaves Singapore we rely on contractual clauses and vendor certifications comparable to PDPA expectations. You may request transfer summaries relevant to your deployment.

7. Security measures

We apply role-based access, TLS in transit, encrypted volumes at rest, and periodic access reviews. No system is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents promptly.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, and withdraw marketing consent anytime. Some requests may be limited by law or ongoing disputes.

9. Children's data

Services are not directed at individuals under sixteen. If you believe a minor submitted data, contact us for removal.

10. Updates

We revise this notice when practices change. The last updated date reflects the newest version. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
