Refund Policy

1. Scope
This policy covers prepaid advisory modules, packaged analytics engagements, and workshop-style deliveries sold directly by Msgfeed to business clients.
2. Cooling-off period
For purchases made remotely without a simultaneous onsite kickoff, you may request a full refund within fourteen calendar days provided no confidential materials or bespoke models have been delivered.
3. Partial refunds
If work has started but milestones remain incomplete, we may offer a partial credit reflecting hours already staffed and third-party costs incurred, documented in writing.
4. Non-refundable items
Third-party licences, travel already booked, rush surcharges after written approval, and custom data connectors that reached UAT are generally non-refundable.
5. Process
Email hello@msgfeed.pro with invoice number, reason, and desired remedy. We respond within five business days with next steps.
6. Timing and method
Approved refunds are initiated within ten business days via the original payment path. Bank timelines may add additional clearing days.
7. Singapore consumer context
Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act where applicable to your transaction. Enterprise procurement governed by a master agreement defers to that contract.
